1. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following consumable products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

These items are considered final sale once purchased.
2. Eligible Returns – Devices & Accessories
Only non-consumable products are eligible for return if found defective or non-functional upon delivery:

Hookah/shisha sets

Chargers, tanks, or accessories

Lighters and smoking tools
Return Conditions:

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase and clear photo/video evidence of the issue are required.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted For:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Used, tampered, or altered products.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

4. Return Shipping & Deductions

If your return is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the product.

A flat AED 50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or your provided bank account.

Processing time: Up to 10 business days after approval.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
6. WhatsApp & In-Store Orders
